Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed at galixo.store, operated by DASONS FL USA LLC.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, email contact@galixo.store with your order number and the subject line "Cancel order". You can also reach us by Phone / WhatsApp at +1 813-408-1627.

If your cancellation request is received within 12 hours and the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

After 12 hours

After 12 hours your order may already be in preparation at the warehouse and can no longer be cancelled. If the order has already shipped, you can return it under our Refund Policy.

Refund timing

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued the same business day the cancellation is confirmed. Your bank or card issuer typically takes 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Orders we cancel

In rare cases we may cancel an order ourselves, for example if an item is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified. If this happens, we will contact you by email and refund you in full.
