Why we started Galixo

Too many repairs fail because of cheap fasteners and tools that are not built for the job: plastic ties that snap in engine heat, wire that rusts through, tools that slip in tight spaces. We started Galixo to offer a focused range of tools that do one job properly, with clear specifications on every product page so customers can choose the right item the first time.

Our mission and vision

Mission: to make professional-grade tools and fastening supplies easy to find, fairly priced and backed by fast, honest customer support.

Vision: to become a trusted everyday source of reliable tools for people who fix, build and maintain things themselves.

How our business works

  • Online only: we sell exclusively through galixo.store. We do not have a retail showroom.
  • Product sourcing: we select products from specialist manufacturers and check specifications (material, dimensions, rated strength) before listing them.
  • Customer service: handled directly by our own team under DASONS FL USA LLC, 24/7 by email, phone and WhatsApp.
  • Payments: processed securely through Shopify's checkout and supported payment providers.

Our fulfillment partners

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners: a fulfillment center in California, United States, and an overseas warehouse in Asia. The warehouse is assigned automatically based on stock. Every order receives a tracking number by email once it is dispatched. We ship worldwide; delivery times for each region are listed in our Shipping Policy.
