GALIXO STORE - REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Galixo Store, operated by DASONS FL USA LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains when returns and refunds are available. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 90-day return window. You have 90 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 90 days cannot be accepted.
2. Check Specifications Before You Buy
Our products, including our Stainless Zip Tie Tools and Heavy Duty 304 Stainless Steel Zip ties, are manufactured to specific technical standards and sizing. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm product specifications, dimensions, and project requirements before purchasing. Ordering an incorrect tool kit or zip tie size for your specific application is considered a customer-selection error, not a product defect. We are happy to help confirm product specifications before you order — please just ask by contacting us at contact@galixo.store.
3. Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and fully functional;
- In its original packaging with all included accessories (including full zip tie counts, if applicable); and
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of heavy tool wear, cosmetic damage from improper handling, or missing parts may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@galixo.store with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship any item back before receiving return authorization from us — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error (see Section 5).
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To help us resolve it quickly, please include clear photos or a short video showing the issue. If we confirm the item is defective or was sent in error, we will cover return shipping (if a return is needed) and provide a free replacement or full refund.
Note: For our Stainless Zip Tie Tool, many operational difficulties can be easily resolved by ensuring the correct loading of the steel tie and adjusting the blade tension. Before requesting a replacement, please contact us at contact@galixo.store so we can provide a quick operational guide or troubleshooting steps. If the issue continues after this, we will make it right.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased with incorrect sizing or specifications where compatibility with your project was not confirmed with us before purchase;
- Items returned without prior return authorization;
- Items damaged by improper operation, misuse, or modification;
- Items returned after the 90-day window;
- Sale items, gift cards, and free promotional items.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your authorized return (or, where no return is required, once your claim is approved), we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at contact@galixo.store.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Because we aim to ship quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@galixo.store so we can resolve it — most issues are fixed quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, while a resolution is already in progress, or after a refund or replacement has been provided, is considered an improper dispute. We retain order, delivery, and communication records (including proof of delivery) and will submit them to contest disputes that do not reflect a genuine product defect or non-delivery. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
10. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase.
